On 7 January 2025, EITA held its highly anticipated annual event, the “Meeting with the Group Managing Director,” led by Mr. Lim Joo Swee. The session took place at the Bukit Raja headquarters and adopted a hybrid format, enabling broad participation both in-person and online. This event provided a valuable platform to reflect on the Group’s key accomplishments, challenges, and milestones achieved in 2024, while also setting the stage for outlining strategic goals and aspirations for 2025.

Mr. Lim, EITA’s Group Managing Director, commenced his address giving tribute to the staff for EITA’s 29 years of growth and success. With a workforce exceeding 700, he encouraged EITA’s leaders to continue fostering stronger teamwork, not only within their own units or departments but also across different teams throughout the organization. Despite a difficult 2024, Mr. Lim expressed positivity while reviewing and highlighting various key projects from each subsidiary and foresees significant improvements in 2025.

Mr. Lim concluded his address by presenting a thought-provoking video on the hidden message of water. The video emphasized humanity’s ability to influence water through the generation of positive energy. This energy, rooted in collective peace, love, and gratitude, has the potential to restore balance and harmony within ourselves and the environment. The message serves as a call for spiritual growth, encouraging the practice of prayer, meditation, gratitude, kindness, and love to foster well-being and unity. Mr. Lim expressed his belief that by embracing these values, EITA will not only achieve its goals but also contribute to creating a better world.

While EITA Managing Directors, Mr. Chong Yoke Peng and Mr. Lee Peng Sian, reflected on 2024 with slight sombreness they echoed Mr. Lim’s call for positive energy and renewed focus for 2025.
