
On 17 October 2025, in conjunction with Mental Health Awareness Day, EITA Group hosted a special Wellness Workshop titled “Unwind and Reconnect.” The event was organized in collaboration with three inspiring partners — Ms. Shanon Lee (Co-founder of Blisstifood), Ms. Cheryl Chan (Founder of NGO Online Grocer), and Ms. Maryann Ng (Co-founder of Farm Foodies).


The session began with Ms. Lee, who shared the mission and vision behind Blisstifood — to ensure that no one is left hungry, especially the most vulnerable in our society. She then also led a 30-minute self-help stress relief and relaxation session, guiding participants through simple, practical exercises to ease tension and promote mindfulness.

Next, Ms. Chan highlighted the importance of incorporating whole and natural foods into our daily diets. She debunked the misconception that a vegetarian lifestyle lacks essential nutrients, emphasizing instead that with the right ingredients, plant-based meals can be both nutritious and protein-rich.

The workshop concluded with Ms. Ng, the talented chef behind the day’s healthy buffet spread. She shared her approach to preparing flavorful dishes using natural ingredients without preservatives or artificial flavoring, including her unique process of making tempeh, a nutritious and high-protein alternative. Needless to say, the meal was a delightful highlight — healthy, satisfying, and delicious!
