EITA Technologies Pte. Ltd. (EITA Technologies Singapore – EPS) was incorporated in year 2001 as a private limited company under its name. It is an entity under the EITA Group of Companies, a wholly-owned subsidiary of EITA Resources Berhad in Malaysia.

The principal activities of EPS are marketing and distribution of E&E components and equipment.
