On 9 October 2025, EITA Sports Club successfully held its annual Blood Donation Campaign at the EITA Bukit Raja Headquarters, in collaboration with Columbia Asia Hospital, Klang. The event saw an encouraging response, with 109 participants and 40 successful blood donations — each one a meaningful, life-saving act.

The campaign served as a timely reminder of the global need for blood, an irreplaceable resource essential for countless medical treatments and emergencies. Maintaining a consistent blood supply is vital to saving lives, and donating blood not only benefits recipients but also supports the donor’s health by promoting circulation and reducing certain disease risks.

In addition to the blood drive, the event also offered free health screenings, emphasizing the importance of annual physical check-ups. After all, early detection remains the best form of prevention.

The dedication and compassion shown by EITA staff was inspiring. Many made time in their busy schedules to contribute, and special recognition goes to our first-time donors, who overcame hesitations to take part — even those who had previously been ineligible.

As a token of appreciation, each successful donor received an AEON Gift Voucher and refreshments, a small gesture of gratitude for their generosity and community spirit.

EITA extends heartfelt thanks to all participants, volunteers, and organizers who made this life-saving initiative a success. The campaign reflects the Group’s ongoing commitment to giving back to society and fostering a culture of volunteerism and care within our community.
