KUALA LUMPUR (June 5, 2026): EITA Resources Bhd has secured a RM40.93 million contract via its subsidiary EITA Power System Sdn Bhd for the supply and delivery of busduct systems for a data centre project in Johor.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said its subsidiary has accepted a letter of award from a third party identified as Company A for the project.
The contract runs from May to September this year.
EITA said the contract is expected to contribute to its earnings for the financial year ending Sept 30, 2026.
It added that the contract will not have any impact on its share capital or shareholding structure.
