EITA USHERS IN THE YEAR WITH CNY OFFICE OPENING CEREMONY

On 23 February 2026, the EITA Group marked a vibrant start to the Lunar New Year with its CNY Office opening ceremony and 30th Anniversary Celebration on 23 February 2026 at its Bukit Raja headquarters.

Held from 9.00am to 11.00am, the event brought together management and staff in a spirit of unity, gratitude, and renewed momentum as the Group entered both a new year and its fourth decade of growth.

The morning commenced with staff gathering at the carpark, followed by a traditional lion dance performance to symbolically usher in prosperity and good fortune. The ceremony included prayer offerings at Dato Gong, accompanied by festive items such as nasi kunyit, oranges, joss paper, and other symbolic offerings.

Highlights of the celebration included:

• Lion dance performances at Dato Gong and the main lobby
• Ground and high “Cai Qing” (plucking of the greens)
• Firecracker displays at the main entrance
• Ground photography in front of the reception area
• A celebratory cheer in conjunction with EITA’s 30th Anniversary

The event was supported by a dedicated organising committee, with careful coordination of ceremonial items, angpao distribution, festive décor, and logistics to ensure a smooth and meaningful celebration.

The Group Managing Director Mr. JS Lim soon delivered a welcome speech at the lobby, marking the official start of the new working year. He expressed appreciation to employees for their continued commitment and encouraged everyone to embrace the year ahead with discipline, unity and renewed energy.

The celebration continued with angpao distribution to staff, followed by Lou Sang and a fellowship lunch at the café, reinforcing camaraderie across departments.

This year’s CNY gathering held added significance as it coincided with EITA’s 30th Anniversary milestone. The dual celebration symbolised not only a fresh beginning for 2026 but also three decades of resilience, teamwork, and steady progress.

As EITA steps into its fourth decade, the Group remains committed to building a stronger, more united organisation – grounded in tradition, guided by discipline, and focused on sustainable growth.
