Low power losses lead to diminution in internal heat of ignitor.

Superimposed Ignitor
- High Voltage pulses are generated within the ignitor, isolating the ballast from the high voltage.
- “Multipulse” system that generates ≥6 pulses per cycles for reliable starting.
- Ignitor with timer to avoid continual ignition attempts and the blinking operation in case of deficient ignition performance or defective lamp.
